How long does a new website take?
Most small business websites take three to six weeks from the first chat to going live. The biggest factor is usually how quickly content and photos come together, so we help with copy and stock images if you need it.
Do I need to be in the Northern Rivers to work with you?
No. We are happy to meet in person around the region, but plenty of our clients are on the Gold Coast or further away and we work together over the phone, email and video calls without any trouble.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. Every site is built in WordPress with Elementor and comes with a short walkthrough video so you can change text, photos and prices yourself. If you would prefer we handle it, a care plan covers that.
Can you redesign my site without losing my Google rankings?
That is a big part of every redesign we do. We map your old pages to the new ones, set up redirects and keep the content that already ranks so your traffic carries across.
Do you look after hosting and email?
We do. We can host your site on fast Australian servers and set up your domain email records properly. We can also work with the hosting and email you already have.
Is SEO included with a new website?
