Do I need a care plan if I host with you?
Hosting keeps your site online. A care plan keeps the software inside it up to date and handles your changes. Many clients have both.
Can you look after a site you did not build?
Yes. We start with a health check, fix any urgent issues and then add it to our monthly routine.
Is there a lock in contract?
No. Plans run month to month and you can cancel any time.
What if my site gets hacked while on a plan?
Clean up is included for sites on our care plans. We restore from a clean backup and close the hole that let it happen.
